We've got your first cocktail of the evening covered. Try this easy to follow and quick to make recipe below and pour into a festive Glass:
8cm piece of ginger (peeled, and thinly sliced)
120g granulated sugar
bottle of prosecco
Bring ginger, sugar, and water to the boil, simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Strain syrup through a sieve and discard ginger. Add 15ml of ginger syrup to each glass, top with prosecco and garnish with a slice of lime.
