Collectors Club Sample Sale Feedback

Thank you so much to all the Collector's Club members who came to our Sample Sales at the Stoke shop earlier this summer, and also to those who took the time to complete the survey we sent out after the event.

We’re planning to make some changes to the way we run our Sample Sales to improve the experience for our Collector's. Before we communicate the dates and plans for the next Sample Sale events, we thought you might like to see the main points of feedback from the survey;

  • What was your favourite part of the Collector's Club event you attended?

    • Disappointed with the samples on offer

    • More one off, unique pieces – a better variety of samples

    • Special pieces made for the events, archive pieces

    • No group system

    • Preview of new season collections

    • Wider variety of food – not just vegetarian

    • Goody bags

    • Behind the scenes talks and sessions

We’ll be updating the members page with information about a new format of sample sales later this month. We may not be able to address all the points raised in the recent survey straight away, but have made some changes based on your recent feedback.
