Rated 1 out of 5 by abcde from beware of seconds after many superb buys - i was surprised and disappointed at the quality of the seconds bowl - there were multiple printing faults and correspondence stated that the bowl is functional - which it is but it certainly isn't pretty - so buyers beware that some of the second quality items are of quite poor appearance and returns not permitted - and the website description of a second - minor flaw - is not always the case

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kymberly from Pleasantly Surprised I'll admit that I was hesitant about buying Seconds but as I only needed two bowls to complete my set, and for the price, I had to at least try them. I was really pleasantly surprised, one bowl had some small 'dimples' along the outside and although visible up close you certainly can't see them from a distance. The second bowl has a small gap running through one of the Es but it's not bad at all, certainly something that I'm happy to live with and I can usually be really fussy about these things. The price is obviously reflected of these imperfections and that's what makes it a good deal. If you want an absolutely perfect finish then I wouldn't recommend buying Seconds but if you're happy with very small imperfections then I'd say give these a go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cave from Just brilliant I bought the Cornflake Black Toast and Pony cereal bowls. Really, I can't gush about these enough. I just love them. Family told me they were too expensive and I was wasting my money, that I should get something cheaper. Well they are all eating their words now and I am NOT sharing with them. Thank you Emma, fabulous bowls. Perfect size, good quality, strong enough to cope with the bashing around they get in my house and look great - love them. If you are in doubt - don't think about it just buy :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Cotswoldconnie from This item of crockery ware does not wear well over time I absolutely adore this 'Black Toast' range (particularly for breakfast time) and have collected it over the years. Unfortunately, the bowls do not cope well with the spoons scraping the bottom and over time become scratched and discoloured. Certainly better paying the 'seconds' price for them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by surreymummy from Lovely new bowls I had recently bought the dinner plates as seconds in this range, and wanted some pudding/cereal bowls. They are lovely quality, I really cannot tell they are seconds. I had been worried about the full price and am thrilled with these, the high gloss glaze feels very durable. My only slight criticism is that they are so huge - they hold about 5 weetabix. Why is everything so big these days at a time when obesity is a problem and portion control an issue? I also wanted some saucers and bought the espresso ones, they are really dinky and great value.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tinkerbel71 from Black toast cereal bowls I bought 6 seconds as I want to use them everyday. Can't fault them and can't really see why there classed as seconds brilliant quality as always.
