Rated 5 out of 5 by margot01 from 2 Keepers I always use my E.B. pottery believing that it’s made to be used, however, when my Holly Wreath mugs arrived I was so blown away by the awesome colours that I decided to display them on my kitchen dresser. The dresser has a mix of modern and antique pieces which perfectly complement the colours of the Holly Wreath mugs... The look fantastic on the dresser and will hopefully become antiques of the future.. Keepers for sure..

Rated 4 out of 5 by West Yorkshire lady from Not stamped inside : ( I bought one of these mugs last Christmas and wished I'd bought two so was delighted when they were available this year. However, on receipt, although the mugs appear the same on the outside, there is no holly stamp on the inside which is disappointing, considering the mug was £3 more expensive! Spoilt the design a bit for me, I'm afraid and doesn't match my other one : /

Rated 2 out of 5 by MarkB from Disappointed! In December I bought a Holly Wreath 1/2 pint mug, as a Christmas present for my wife who has been collecting Emma Bridgewater for over 25 years. I must point out that we are disappointed for 2 reasons: 1) General quality: The mug weighs 276 grams, compared to circa 370 grams for all of our other mugs. This represents a dramatic reduction in 'heft' - the new mug feels flimsy in comparison to earlier mug purchases. It is worth stating that one of the reasons we have been happy to pay Emma Bridgewater prices (more expensive than much of the competition; very much more expensive than cheaper end products) in the past, is because of the tough and durable quality of the pieces. 2) There is a small, hard bump on the side. We feel that this item should have been a second. In summary, the quality seems to have declined (thin, light and presumably therefore more fragile), your quality control seems suspect and the cost (compared to china mugs of a similar size available in supermarkets) is very high.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ss1982 from Gorgeous Festive Design This is the perfect mug for the festive season. The design is beautiful and the colours mix and match perfectly with other Christmas designs as well as the classics - I'm sure tea tastes better from it too!
