Returns & Refunds

- If you would like to return something you have ordered from Emma Bridgewater, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of your order being delivered.

- During lockdown (from March 16th 2020 - July 27th 2020) we offered customers a 365 Days returns policy. Anyone who placed an order during this period can still take advantage of this offer. Any order placed on or after 28th July 2020 will have 30 days to return their order.

- To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details

- Refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 days, this may take longer during sale period.

Faulty or Damaged Items

- If your item is faulty or damaged we will send you a label that will allow you to return it to us free of charge for a replacement or refund.

- Please return your parcel via DPD, please click here to find your closest drop off point.

 

Returns From the UK

- If you would like to return something you have ordered from Emma Bridgewater, please contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of your order being delivered.

-If your item is damaged we will send you a label so you are able to return the item free of charge. If you change your mind about an item we can supply a return postage label for £6. Please click here to order one.
